Ingredients:

Each capsule contains Vitamin B-1 (50mg), Niacin (50mg), Folic Acid (400mcg), Biotin (60mcg), Choline Bitrartate (100mg), P.A.B.A. (50mg), Watercress (10mg), B-2 as Riboflavin (50mg), B-6 as Pyridoxine (50mg), B-12 (50mcg), Pantothenic Acid (50mg), Inositol (50mg), Alfalfa (10mg), and Lecithan (10mg).

Standard Size(s): 100 Caps (white plastic bottle w/ screw-on lid)

Usage Directions:

Cats & Small Animals: 1/4 to 1/2 capsule per day; Medium to Large Dogs: 1 to 2 capsules per day; Horses: 2 to 4 capsules per day.

Give orally or open capsule(s) and mix into food. Best to divide daily dose into two feedings for optimum results. Can double the dose if under stress or if not using Mega Pet Daily (which already contains adequate amounts of B vitamins).
